How to cancel

Product subscriptions: use vibe_unsubscribe (accumulated leads are kept).

Paid plans (Starter/Pro): cancel via the payment platform (Creem customer portal / WeChat Pay management). Your tier stays until the current period ends, then downgrades to free; leads you already claimed are kept.
